FROM FLOURTOWN OFFICE (1811 BETHLEHEM PIKE) OR FROM FLOURTOWN AREA:
  1. When leaving Flourtown Commons, turn LEFT onto Bethlehem Pike heading North toward Fort Washington.
  2. Continue on Bethlehem Pk. For approx. 2 miles (there will be a large Mobil station on the right) – Turn RIGHT onto Pennsylvania Ave.
  3. At the 3rd light, turn LEFT onto Commerce Drive (last light before PA Turnpike toll booth).
  4. Follow Commerce Dr. around to 1st light and turn RIGHT onto Virginia Drive.
  5. Follow Virginia Drive for approx. 1 mile (pass Fort Washington Expo Center) and, at 1st light, turn LEFT onto Office Center Drive (across from LA Fitness).
  6. Turn RIGHT into 2nd driveway – 501 Office Center Drive - Entrance is in the back!

FROM ABINGTON TOWNSHIP, GLENSIDE, WILLOW GROVE, JENKINTOWN, ELKINS PARK, WYNCOTE, HATOBORO:
  1. Proceed on Old York Road or Easton Road or Fitzwatertown Road or Twining Road to Susquehanna Road.
  2. Take Susquehanna Road (westbound) to Virginia Drive.
  3. Turn LEFT on Virginia Drive and make 1st RIGHT onto Office Center Drive.
  4. Turn RIGHT into 2nd driveway - 501 Office Center Drive – Entrance is in the back!

FROM PHILADELPHIA / CHESTNUT HILL - VIA ROUTE 309 NORTH:
  1. Follow Stenton Avenue (west) to intersection of Stenton Ave. and Paper Mill Road.
  2. Turn RIGHT onto Paper Mill Road.
  3. Continue through 3rd light, passing Springfield High School on left.
  4. Immediately beyond the high school, get in left lane and make LEFT onto Route 309 North.
  5. Follow about 2 miles (past PA Turnpike) and exit at Susquehanna Road .
  6. At he end of the ramp, turn RIGHT onto Susquehanna Road.
  7. Proceed approx. 1 ½ miles to 5th light and turn RIGHT onto Virginia Drive.
  8. Proceed to 1st light and turn RIGHT onto Office Center Drive.
  9. Turn RIGHT into 2nd driveway - 501 Office Center Drive - Entrance is in the back!

FROM MONTGOMERYVILLE / LANSDALE - VIA ROUTE 309 SOUTH:
  1. Follow Route 309 South and exit at the AMBLER exit, Butler Pike.
  2. Turn RIGHT at end of ramp onto Butler Pike.
  3. Follow Butler Pike to 1st light and turn LEFT onto Susquehanna Road.
  4. Follow Susquehanna Rd approx. 1 ½ miles to 5th light and turn RIGHT onto Virginia Drive.
  5. Proceed to 1st light and turn RIGHT onto Office Center Drive.
  6. Turn RIGHT into 2nd driveway - 501 Office Center Drive - Entrance is in the back!

FROM PENNSYLVANIA TURNPIKE:
  1. Exit PA Turnpike at the Fort Washington Interchange.
  2. After toll, make a RIGHT at the 1st light, Commerce Drive.
  3. Follow Commerce Drive around to first light and turn RIGHT onto Virginia Drive
  4. Follow Virginia Drive for approx. 1 mile (pass Fort Washington Expo Center) and at 1st light turn LEFT onto Office Center Drive (across from LA Fitness)
  5. Turn RIGHT into 2nd driveway - 501 Office Center Drive - Entrance is in the back!

FROM UPPER DUBLIN OFFICE (1244 Fort Washington Ave.):
  1. When leaving Upper Dublin Professional Center, turn LEFT onto Fort Washington Ave.
  2. Follow Fort Washington Ave. to 1st light and turn RIGHT onto Susquehanna Road.
  3. Continue on Susquehanna Rd. to 3rd light and turn RIGHT onto Virginia Drive.
  4. Proceed to 1st light and turn RIGHT onto Office Center Drive.
  5. Turn RIGHT into 2nd driveway - 501 Office Center Drive - Entrance is in the back!

From 309 North, take the Susquehanna exit.
  1. Turn RIGHT onto Susquehanna and proceed approximately 3 miles to the intersection of Susquehanna and Virginia Drive.
  2. Turn RIGHT onto Virginia Drive, and proceed to the first traffic light at Office Center Drive.
  3. Turn RIGHT onto Office Center Drive. The large building on the right, with the green windows, is 501 Office Center Drive. We are on the main floor in Suite 195.
DETOUR ALERT!
Due to ongoing construction on Route 309, you may need these alternative directions:
  1. Traveling SOUTH on 309: Just after the Welsh Road/Rt. 63 intersection, take the left fork to Bethlehem Pike.
  2. Continue on Bethlehem Pike and at the 4th traffic light, turn LEFT onto Tennis Avenue.
  3. At the stop sign, turn RIGHT onto Susquehanna./li>
  4. At the 5th traffic light, turn RIGHT onto Virginia Avenue.
  5. Proceed to the first traffic light and turn RIGHT onto Office Center Drive.
  6. At the 2nd driveway, turn RIGHT into the parking lot for 501 Office Center Drive.
